A new chapter for Mediamarto is beginning.

As Mediamarto continues to grow, we are preparing to move our operations to a new, larger warehouse with significantly more space for new inventory, upcoming releases, and an expanding product range.

Moving thousands of products and existing inventory to a new facility takes considerable time, handling, transportation, and warehouse capacity. Instead of moving every remaining item from our current inventory, we have decided to reduce selected stock and offer it directly to our customers at special Warehouse Clearance prices.

That means selected electronics, gaming products, accessories, home technology, tools, and other products are now available at heavily reduced prices while the allocated stock lasts.

This is a genuine inventory-clearance event connected to our warehouse move.

Once the allocated clearance stock is sold, the current prices may be gone.

Why Are We Having a Warehouse Clearance Sale?

The reason is simple:

Our current operation has reached a point where we need more room.

We are expanding into a larger warehouse facility designed to give us more capacity for inventory, new product categories, upcoming launches, and future growth.

Before the move takes place, we want to reduce the amount of existing inventory that needs to be transferred from our current warehouse and fulfillment network.

Moving inventory involves additional transportation, handling, sorting, storage, and operational costs.

For selected products, it makes more sense for us to reduce the price and sell the remaining inventory now rather than move those units to the new facility.

For our customers, that creates an opportunity to purchase selected products at prices that may be substantially lower than their regular selling prices.

Making Room for What's Next

The move to our larger warehouse isn't simply about having more space.

It is part of our plans to expand Mediamarto.

The additional capacity will allow us to accommodate a broader and continually changing selection of products across categories such as:

Clearing selected existing inventory before the move gives us more flexibility to prepare the new warehouse for incoming stock.

Why Are Some Prices Heavily Reduced?

These reductions are about inventory and space, not automatically about product quality.

For selected inventory, we would rather offer customers a substantial discount than incur the additional costs associated with moving, processing, and storing those units at our new facility.

Products may be selected for clearance because:

We have remaining inventory that we do not want to transfer.
We are reducing stock before the warehouse move.
We are making space for new product arrivals.
Newer models or generations are entering our catalog.
We are reorganizing particular product categories.
We have limited quantities remaining from previous inventory allocations.

This is why some products may have significantly larger discounts than others.

Clearance Does Not Mean Damaged

A heavily reduced price does not automatically mean a product is damaged, used, refurbished, or defective.

Unless specifically stated otherwise on the individual product page, products advertised as New are sold as new products.

If a particular product is:

Open box
Refurbished
Used
Display stock
Packaging damaged
Missing packaging
Subject to another material condition

this will be identified on the applicable product page where appropriate.

We believe customers should know exactly what they are purchasing.

Genuine Products at Clearance Prices

The warehouse move doesn't change our commitment to authenticity.

Products represented by Mediamarto as genuine remain covered by our Authenticity Guarantee, regardless of whether they are purchased at regular price or during the Warehouse Clearance Sale.

We are committed to supplying genuine products sourced through legitimate suppliers and distribution channels.

Limited Clearance Allocation

The most important thing to understand about this sale is that clearance quantities are limited.

We are not permanently reducing the prices of every product on Mediamarto.

Instead, selected quantities have been allocated to the Warehouse Clearance Sale as part of our inventory reduction ahead of the move.

When those units have sold out, we may:

Remove the product from the sale;
Mark it as sold out;
Discontinue it;
Restock it later at a different price; or
Replace it with a newer model.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that today's clearance price will be available again.

What Happens If a Product Returns After the Sale?

A clearance product being restocked in the future does not necessarily mean that the Warehouse Clearance price will return.

After we move into our new warehouse, we may receive new inventory of products previously included in the sale.

New inventory can have different supplier costs, availability, logistics costs, or commercial conditions.

As a result, future inventory may be offered at a different price.

The Warehouse Clearance price applies only to the eligible inventory allocated to the current promotion.

A Warehouse Clearance Sale should mean a better price—not a lower standard of service.

Our normal policies and any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Returns on Clearance Products

Purchasing a product at a reduced Warehouse Clearance price does not automatically remove your return rights.

Eligible products can generally be returned within our 30-day return period, subject to the conditions and exclusions contained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products—such as redeemed digital products or products subject to specific legally permitted exclusions—may have different conditions.

Your mandatory rights regarding defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

Warranty on Clearance Products

The fact that a product has been discounted as part of our warehouse move does not, by itself, remove applicable warranty coverage.

Eligible products remain subject to our Warranty & Product Guarantee, applicable manufacturer warranty arrangements, and mandatory consumer rights.

If you experience a problem with a product, contact our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping During Our Warehouse Move

Our team will continue processing orders throughout the Warehouse Clearance Sale.

In-stock products are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment and order verification.

Because this sale is taking place during an operational transition, certain products or exceptionally busy periods may require additional processing time.

If a material delay affects your order, we will handle it in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and applicable law.

Tracking information will be provided for eligible shipments once the applicable package has been prepared for dispatch.

Different Fulfillment Locations

Mediamarto may use multiple warehouses, suppliers, logistics partners, or distribution facilities depending on the product and customer destination.

During our transition to the larger warehouse, orders may therefore be fulfilled from different locations.

If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one shipment or tracking number.

Our registered Wyoming business address is not necessarily the location from which your order will be shipped.

The Clearance Sale Is Temporary

This is not intended to be a permanent promotion.

The Warehouse Clearance Sale is taking place because we are reducing selected existing inventory ahead of our move to a bigger warehouse.

As the move progresses and inventory levels change, products may be removed from the clearance collection without notice.

There is no guarantee that a particular product will remain available until the end of the warehouse transition.

Once It's Gone, It's Gone at This Price

Some clearance products may have only a limited number of units available.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve it. Unless otherwise stated, the applicable inventory is secured once an eligible order has been successfully placed and accepted.

If a product sells out, we cannot guarantee:

That it will be restocked;
When it will return;
That the same version will return; or
That the Warehouse Clearance price will be available again.
