If a Product Is Confirmed Not to Be Authentic

If a product sold by Mediamarto as genuine is reasonably confirmed to be counterfeit or materially misrepresented as to authenticity, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
